Bradley Luke

Director
FNZIA B.Arch NZCAD

Brad is a Director of Peddlethorp, with over 20 years of experience in New Zealand and the UK.  His expertise is extensive, having worked on diverse projects including multi-unit housing, corrections, masterplanning, education and commercial. He has led multi-disciplinary teams on some of our largest developments, including Seascape Auckland, set to be New Zealand’s tallest residential tower.

Brad’s pragmatic approach integrates analytical and technical insight with an emphasis on clarity in resolving complex design issues. He also oversees the development of our renowned documentation and quality assurance systems. This is allied to his deep knowledge of materials and construction systems, and a broader commercial understanding of design, construction and regulatory controls involved with the successful assembly of buildings.

Brad regularly provides expert evidence and advice for MBIE and the NZIA and is actively involved in teaching at tertiary institutions and architectural graduate programmes.

Outside work, Brad is likely to be found mountain biking in a forest somewhere with his young family
