Richard’s expertise in contract documentation, site observation skills and knowledge of quality systems have made him a powerful force behind our best practice standards.

A highly experienced architectural technician, Richard is responsible for creating, coordinating, and controlling contract documentation across all design phases, both internally and with external consultant teams. He is often responsible for establishing the BIM execution plan on projects. He also monitors overall project documentation standards and supports design teams as needed.

Richard understands the importance of clarity of design to achieve the best result for project, client and the built environment.
