Terrence’s long experience in large scale work has helped consolidate Peddlethorp’s reputation for high profile builds. 

Terrence is a skilled designer, design director and master planner with a proven track record in delivering buildings that maximise the use of sites and offer clients and communities improved facilities and surroundings. He is also adept in the staging of projects to support client operational objectives, diverse construction methodologies and the navigation of regulatory processes.

Terrence leads Peddlethorp’s Health, Aged Care and Retirement Living and Sports portfolios and has overseen extensive work for large public and private hospitals throughout New Zealand. He has a deep understanding of Hotel and Hospitality architecture through the successful delivery of prominent buildings in Auckland and Wellington. Terrence has also led the design of large and complex sporting facilities throughout the South Pacific.

A passion for alternative technologies and sustainable design with an environmental overlay form an important part of Terrence’s professional ethos.
