We are proud to have partnered with Woods Bagot on the winning entry for the 65 Federal Street design competition. In September 2018, five short-listed design consortia – including some of the world’s most renowned architecture practices – presented their visions for a landmark high-rise development in Auckland’s CBD.

Standing at 180 metres, 65 Federal will include over 300 apartments, gym, pool and other residents ‘amenities. The ground floor Market Place will activate both Federal Street and Kingston Street with retail, food and beverage offerings, naturally complementing the planned street upgrade underway. Currently at the planning stage, we are delighted to once again be involved in the delivery of an iconic structure on Auckland’s skyline.
