With uninterrupted views of Wellington Harbour and south lighting from a Level 3 clerestory window, the Meridian Building is a thoughtful, model workspace where architecture aims to change things for the better. Situated on the Wellington waterfront, the Meridian Building is both innovative and energy efficient. Its 5 Green Star rating reflects the client’s commitment to renewables. Peddlethorp’s façade expertise and noted reliability were required to deliver the complex design and documentation of a concept prepared by Studio Pacific Architecture.
