The apartments and building have been designed to a minimalist, Japanese theme. ‘Winter gardens’ are able to be integrated into the main living areas of the apartments through full height bi-fold doors.
Two car lifts transport vehicles to and from a basement parking level, reducing the need for a driveway on the site and enabling a significant area to be allocated for native planting and landscaping, adding to the richness of the development.
