Facilities include an Olympic standard 50 metre competition pool, with a movable bulkhead to shorten the pool to 25 metres for international standard short course competition, as well as a separate 25 metre warm up pool. This pool was designed with wheelchair access and can be used as a ‘learn to swim’ pool for young children, as well as a hydrotherapy pool for people with disabilities.

Inside the complex are competition timing and control rooms, as well as athlete and swimming coaching facilities. The main indoor sports hall provides six Olympic standard volleyball courts and two separate group exercise spaces and additional facilities for hospitality events. The complex also features a public gymnasium.
